Satisfaction Guaranty

If you are not satisfied with our services, then neither are we.

Client agrees that any-and-all fees set forth in this Agreement shall be earned upon execution of this Agreement regardless of when they are billed or paid. Notwithstanding the term of this agreement, either party may cancel this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

Any fees received prior to the receipt of the aforementioned written cancellation are not refundable. Any fees earned but not received after receipt of the aforementioned written cancellation will be waived. Any cancellation must be received in writing.


Financial Service Modules

If you follow-though and do the work needed to complete our programs, we guarantee you will benefit from your efforts.  However, if you purchased a financial service module and you are not completely satisfied, then you can request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.  This guarantee is on individual financial service modules only and does not include The 4×4 Financial Independence Plan ˢᵐ, or other plans and services offered by and through Lifetime Paradigm, Inc., its associates or affiliates.


The 4×4 Financial Independence Plan ˢᵐ

Members who enroll in our Monthly 4×4 Financial Independence Plan ˢᵐ will have access to one new financial service module each month.  If you chose to sign up for the Annual 4×4 Financial Independence Plan ˢᵐ, you will have access to all 12 financial service modules immediately.

To gain the full benefits of the 4×4 Financial Independence Plan ˢᵐ, including all 12 financial service modules, we ask that you commit to 24-months of your time and efforts.  This is a request and not a commitment, however, so you can still cancel your membership at any time.  Any fees paid until your cancellation are deemed earned as paid and no future payments are required.

Monthly enrollees can cancel at any time and will continue to receive access to their financial service modules until the end of their monthly billing cycle.  Annual enrollees will have 7 days to cancel and receive a full refund.  After the initial 7-day period, the Annual member can cancel with no refund.  Annual members will, however, retain access to all financial service modules until the end of their annual billing cycle date.


All refund requests must be in writing. You can submit your requests to [email protected].  Any refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and will be issued within 15 business days.
